The Dick’s Sporting Goods project in Kingston involved redevelopment of the former Gander Mountain site to support continued retail use and economic activity. Barrel Factory: Phase 1 & 2

The Barrel Factory project in Kingston included selective demolition, site preparation, and infrastructure work supporting both adaptive reuse and new residential construction. Phase I involved demolition and upgrades to convert a historic warehouse into a mixed-use building with 12 residential units, while Phase II included mass grading, underground utilities, stormwater systems, and site improvements supporting a new four-story residential building.

Tesla Dealership

The Tesla dealership project in Albany, NY included demolition of the former school building and comprehensive site preparation to support new commercial construction. Scope of work included selective demolition, clearing, excavation, mass grading, installation of underground utilities and drainage systems, and associated site improvements for development of a new automotive sales and service facility.

Freedom Springs

Freedom Springs is a mixed-use affordable housing development in Albany, NY consisting of two new 3-story buildings totaling approximately 115,800 square feet. The project includes 120 affordable housing units and 4,400 square feet of ground-floor commercial space designed to serve residents and the surrounding community.
